All of our classes are hands-on and
during our week you’ll learn to
make traditional Sicilian dishes that have been handed
down through the generations. We’ll
also visit local food producers and wineries, and
learn about the history and culture of
this magnificent island during guided tours
of hill towns and spectacular Roman and
Greek ruins.

Been There
My trip to Sicily with Mediterranean
Kitchens was a wonderful experience
for the senses and the soul....A trip
where I really got the feel of Sicilian
life and learnt all about the culture
and cuisine while based in at “Fattoria
Mose,” a beautiful old family
farmhouse set in ancient olive groves
about 10 minutes away from Agrigento.
We would cook in the morning, eat what
we had cooked for lunch and then spend
the afternoons touring the sites. Sicily
is a wondrous island with resplendent
history, beautiful countryside and
warm people. I can't wait to go again.
The other women in the group were fabulous
and sharing the trip with them was
an added highlight.
