The Caribbean is famous for stunning
beaches, perfect weather, friendly people
and memorable dishes that fuse indigenous
tastes, African flavors, and colonial
influences. Learn to make beloved dishes
like Jerk Chicken and Curried Conch during
fun, hands-on lessons. Plus, experience
all the delights of the islands during
planned activites that highlight the
natural wonders and unique culture of
the Caibbean.
About Caribbean Culinary Tours
Our mission is to share the tropical
tastes of the Caribbean while providing
a relaxing, fun, safe, and memorable
vacation in an island paradise. We
specialize in culinary tours in amazing
Antigua and beautiful Barbados, two
islands with distinct culinary character.
Antigua, the isle of 365 beaches, offers
tasty treats like pepper pot, snapper
in banana leaves, black pineapple pie,
and the world's best rum. Barbados,
with its uniquely friendly Bajan lifestyle,
offers dishes like flying fish with
Bajan coo coo, souse, and conkies.
We believe that the art of local cuisine
reveals true island culture, and we
look forward to sharing knowledge and
laughter with you.
