Your inspiration: My inspiration to go to Las Olas Baja arose from my previous positive experiences with Las Olas in mainland Mexico.

Who did you travel with? I shared a room again with a guest I became friends with at my first Las Olas Surf Safari.

Journey Highlights: The best part of the experience had to be the staff...Mike, Kristi, Jessica, Nicole, Julie, Vanessa. They were all so supportive, smart and genuine. Their commitment to passing on the love of this great sport inspires you. And, they are happy to work with you regardless of your fitness level or lack of expertise in the water. They know when to challenge you and how to push you to the next level. Also, I enjoyed the beautiful beach with the nice breaks, the hotel, and the chef.

Would you recommend this journey to others? I would recommend this experience to every woman,and especially to any woman who has ever doubted herself. Surfing teaches you so much about youself. You come away with a renewed confidance, not to mention new friends. I want everyone to do it at least once in her life.

Where do you want to go for your next journey?  San Diego to meet up with some Las Olas surfer chicas, or back to Las Olas in Mexico, if an opening becomes available. Otherwise, I'll see you in Baja next summer.
